Our 7th Anniversary 8/10/07

Today Matt and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary. One moment it feels like we are right back there in that Texas courthouse exchanging our vows and the next moment it feels like that was forever ago. We have had both good and bad times together and we have built a wonderful family together. If absence makes the heart grow founder...we must be a million more times in love with each other then the day we got married. : ) ! My Flowers

Matt did receive a care package this week from me too for our anniversary. Although there may be distance between us in our hearts we always together. A toast to us "Here's to the rest of forever together!"

Swimming Lessons 8/10/07

Shayne and Casey love to go in the pool if they can float on something. Problem being they are terrified if you try yo put them in the water to swim. I learned a new trick to teach them how to swim. You have to wrap a noodle around them and they can learn to swim better with that around them. Great plan as far as I was concerned, but not so much as far as the kiddos saw it. First step was get them to release the death grip they had on me in the pool and step two ignore the VERY loud(Casey ear piercing) cries and step three try to convince them that they are swimming by themselves.

Chloe's 3rd Birthday 7/28/07
