Shayne and Casey love to go in the pool if they can float on something. Problem being they are terrified if you try yo put them in the water to swim. I learned a new trick to teach them how to swim. You have to wrap a noodle around them and they can learn to swim better with that around them. Great plan as far as I was concerned, but not so much as far as the kiddos saw it. First step was get them to release the death grip they had on me in the pool and step two ignore the VERY loud(Casey ear piercing) cries and step three try to convince them that they are swimming by themselves.
Shayne whined about it and was a little pitiful
Casey (aka drama princess) SCREAMED and cried
We don't want to be in the water!

My poor little munchkins...you are such a mean mom :-) Do they like it any better now that they survived the first time? Jake was petrified of the water too. We pretty much had to do the same thing with him.
awwwwwwww my two sweet babies, but soon you will be swimming all over the pool and chasing mommy and daddy :-)
They don't look happy at all Mom!
They look so scared, but tell them that Aunt Cheryl (AKA-the bomb) said she is very proud of them and loves them very much.
