Date Night 5/3/07

Although we did spend the majority of the time together as a family Matt and I did get one night to go out on a date. We took the kids to the neighbors house and we went to dinner alone. We went to a nice restaurant here called the Mash House. We had a nice dinner and a few drinks. Best of all though I got to laugh and have a wonderful time with my husband. By the way Matt I did win....LOL

Pillow fight with Daddy 5/4/07

The last night Matt was home he enjoyed a pillow fight with the kids. Shayne as grown up having pillow fights with Daddy in the living room. Although it was a little more challenging for Daddy now that Shayne is getting bigger . It isn't so easy anymore to knock him down with the pillows. Shayne has always thought it was hilarious for Daddy to hit him with a pillow or take his feet out from under him with the pillow. It kept us all entertained watching them with their pillow fight. "You want some of these, Daddy?"

Matt's honey-do list 5/4/07

Matt had a pretty short honey do list to come home to. He did do some yard work, fixed the pool pump and cleaned the pool, repaired the fence and stained the fence. The only thing caught on camera though was planting my new tree.

My tree had to go where we had cut down a tree that had died. So here is my new tree and the stump where the other one was.

As stubborn as this stump might be it is no match for the Duramax......Even funnier is I got to drive the truck for the first time just to pull the stump out....How cool is thatThe little helpers have arrived to help Daddy finish the job : )Job completed...... Good job baby.....Now I promise to try to keep my cherry blossom tree alive.....lol
